GUILDHALL, VT- Edith Ramsdell, 77, died Thursday January 8, 2009, at Country Village Genesis Elder Care.
Ms. Ramsdell was born in Guildhall, VT on February 14, 1930, a daughter of Clarence E. and Noila (Thibodeau) Ramsdell.
Edith was a lifelong resident of Guildhall; due to failing health she has been a resident of Country Village for the past five years. She loved children and was very friendly. She will be truly missed by staff and friends at the nursing home.
Family members include two brothers, Ted Ramsdell of Lancaster and Robert Ramsdell of Guildhall, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by, her sister Dorothy Hayes.
There are no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held in the spring in the Ridgwell Cemetery, Guildhall.
