Lori Ann Nelson

Lori Nelson, 56, of Concord, VT, passed away on January 15, 2024, after a long battle with heart disease. She passed away at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center with her family by her side. She was a loving mother and wife who was always there when we needed her.

It would be wrong to say that Lori lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Lori stayed strong. Throughout Lori's battle she continued to laugh and smile. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. There was no quit in Lori. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight. She will be greatly missed.
