JEFFERSON - September, 22, 2017. Stephen B. Noyes, 57, of 48 Maple Lane in Jefferson, passed away at Weeks Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. Stephen, a gentle giant of a man, was loved by his family, friends, and his community at large. Greeting people with his "watcha thinking, Bub?" He loved the woods, especially the old sugar bush on the family farm. Steve was a man who helped many people over the years, and will be missed by all who knew him. Steve loved to garden, and his garden seemed to grow larger every year. Steve loved to can the fruits of his gardening labors. Steve was an avid reader, especially of organic gardening and agricultural items.
Steve worked for the Town of Jefferson at the Transfer Station, had had his own Landscaping Business, worked for Heritage Builders, and NHDOT for several years.
"Steve" as he was known, was predeceased by his mother, Catherine. He leaves behind the love of his life, Eileen Kadle, his father Donald, a sister Dawn and husband Marc Miller, a brother Timothy and wife Jill and son Adam Noyes, his Aunt Marie Noyes, and family friend Mary Ellingwood, his Uncle Samuel, Eileen's sons Logan Kadle and friend Krysta Mitton, Quade Kadle, Brandon Alling and his girlfriend Nicole Cremo, and their children Nia, Trent, and Morgan, Eileen's mother Dawn Youker, and Eileen's sister Julie Alling, and her boyfriend, Craig Larcomb. He also leaves his dog Zen, and cats Paisley and Malice.
At Steve's request, there will be no calling hours or services.
