JEFFERSON, NH - Vivian Giguere, 72, of Horan Road, died suddenly at her home on Sunday, August 7, 2011.
Mrs. Giguere was born in Woonsocket, RI, on January 20, 1939, the daughter of Willie and Beatrice (Anger) Charrette.
Vivian was raised in Woonsocket, she later moved to Attleboro, MA, and was employed with Inland Cable for a time. She and her late husband, Albert L. Giguere, often vacationed in Northern New Hampshire and in 1989 took up permanent residence in Jefferson, NH. They enjoyed snowmobiling and were members of the Waumbek-Methna Snowmobile Club.
She was a Communicant of the Gate of Heaven Parish and was an active volunteer in her church.
Family members include a son Raymond Giguere of Attleboro; two daughters, Christine Therrian of Melbourne, FL, Deborah Thorpe of Manchester, NH; a brother Ronald Charrette of Dorchester, NH; and six grandchildren.
There are no visiting hours. A memorial service will be held Friday afternoon, August 12, at 1:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster, NH.
