Abimael Medina, Jr.

Abimael “Abi" Medina Jr., 34 of Lancaster, New Hampshire passed away at home on July 8th, 2025. Abi was born to Abimael & Leonardina (Perkins) Medina on August 14th, 1990. After graduating from White Mountains Regional High School, Abi went on to study history at New England College. He was well known as a history buff and loved looking up local history. Alongside membership in the Lancaster Historical Society and Weeks State Park, Abi was a member of North Star Lodge #8. He was and old soul will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, hiking, camping, collecting antiques and the smell of lavender. Abi enjoyed assisting the elderly running cross country and local 5K races.

Survivors include his father, Abimael Medina Sr. (Missyann) of Lancaster; Siblings Mattew Medina of Springfield VT, Isaiah Medina of Lancaster NH, and Carmen & Thomas Rogers of Guildhall, VT and his aunt Pam, who he had a special love for. He also leaves behind a niece, Kinsley Rogers.

Calling Hours will be from 11am – Noon on Saturday, July 19th, at Bailey Funeral Home, 210 Main Street, Lancaster. A Funeral Service will follow. Abi will be laid to rest at Riverton Cemetery in Jefferson. A Celebration of Life will take place at the family home later in the afternoon at 15R Mechanic Street, Lancaster.
