LANCASTER - Ann Blake Holmes, 61, of Grandview Drive, died Tuesday morning, March 22, 2022 at Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster, after a lengthy illness.
Ann was born in Gardner, MA on July 16, 1960, the daughter of John S. Huddleston and Caroline (Eaton) Huddleston. She moved with her family to Lancaster in 1966 and was a 1978 graduate of White Mountain Regional High School. She was a former Certified Nurses Assistant and a Certified Dietary Assistant. For a time, she worked as a dietician assistant in the kitchen of Weeks Medical Center. She was a longtime caretaker of her parents in their final years. She enjoyed her family, especially spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Surviving family members include a sister Ellyn H. Packard of Dalton; brother James S. Huddleston and husband Michael Swant of Cape Neddick, Maine and Palm Springs, California, brother Eric T. Huddleston and wife Ann of Lancaster; a sister-in-law Heidi Huddleston; nephew Aaron Packard, his wife Patricia and children Andrea, Jordan and Olivia; niece Charity Littlefield and husband William; niece Kristin Lau, her husband Alex, and children Emersyn and Davis; nephew Trevor Huddleston, his wife Rachael, and children Madelyn and baby on the way; and nephew Dylan Huddleston. She was also predeceased by a brother John "Jay" Huddleston and parents John S. Huddleston and Caroline E. Huddleston.
A family graveside service will be held in the spring in the Durham Cemetery, Durham, NH.
