LITTLETON - Archie C. Collins, 94, formerly of Lancaster, died at his home December 22, 2010.
Mr. Collins was born in Lancaster on November 25, 1916, the son of Archie P. and Blanche (Kimball) Collins.
Archie served in the US Army during WWII and worked as an automotive technician for the Postal Service in Hartford, CT. He enjoyed fishing and the Boston Red Sox, never missing a game, and he volunteered at local churches and food pantries. Spending time with his family was his greatest enjoyment.
He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons.
Family members include his wife Hazella (Smith) Collins of Littleton, they would have been married 67 years on December 31

; three children, Roger Collins and his wife Linda of Bethlehem; Judy Delaney and husband John of Florida; Ronald Collins of Washington State; a granddaughter Tracy Dunn of Vermont, Lori Dreyer and husband Daniel of Littleton, NH and great granddaughter Amanda Dreyer of Littleton, NH and 1 nephew. He was predeceased by, his brother Donald Collins.
A graveside service will be held in the spring in the Number Ten Cemetery, Lancaster.
