LANCASTER - Arnold W. Atwood, 61, of Portland Street, died suddenly at his home on May 2, 2007.
Mr. Atwood was born in Windsor, VT, on January 23, 1946, the son of Carl Richard Atwood and Marion Lena (Beckwith) Burt.
Family members include his mother of Lancaster; five sons, Robert Gravelle of Groveton, Dana Atwood, John Atwood, and Arnold Atwood Jr. all of Massachusetts, Kevin Atwood of Washington; a daughter, Christine Atwood of Virginia; four grandchildren; a brother William Lapan of Vermont; and a sister Diane LaClair of Massachusetts.
There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Mountain View Baptist Church.
