GILMAN - Benjamin F.P. Mayberry Jr., 48, died of a sudden illness at his residence on Walker Pit Road, Wednesday morning, August 30, 2006.
Mr. Mayberry was born in West Stewartstown, NH, on July 12, 1958, the son of Benjamin F. P. Mayberry Sr. and Janette (Rowell) Mayberry.
During his youth he resided in Canaan, VT, but has primarily resided the local towns of St. Johnsbury, Lunenburg, and Gilman. Carpentry was his life's work and also his favorite hobby. He was also known for the help he provided people in his local community.
Family members include his wife Cynthia L. Skinner of Gilman; from a prior marriage he has a son and daughter, Jennifer of Maine and Benjamin F.P. Mayberry III; he is also survived by his other six children, Leonard Root and wife Lauren of Barnet, Rena Skinner of Gilman, Charity Skinner of Vergennes, Breann Skinner, Biarchy Mayberry and Kylee Skinner all of Gilman; a grandson Landon; three brothers, Freeman Mayberry of Spring Creek, PA, James Mayberry of Washington, DC, Elroy Mayberry of Alaska and Hawaii; and two sisters, Bert Mayberry of St. Johnsbury and Ola Mickelboro of Manchester, NH.
