Beverly L. Bushey

LANCASTER, NH- Beverly L. Bushey, 78, formally of Westfield, MA, died early Tuesday morning, June 3, 2008, at the home of her daughter and son in law with whom she had lived with for the last 11 months.

Mrs. Bushey was born in Hartford, Connecticut on October 10, 1929, a daughter of Walter and Nelda A. (Martin) Bowen Sr.

Beverly was a graduate of Commerce High School in Springfield, MA. She worked as an office manager for New England Telephone. She resided in Westfield, MA for several years, moving to Florida for 10 years, and later returned to Westfield until moving to Lancaster in 2007, residing with her daughter and son in law.

She enjoyed crafts and computer games and her "grand dogs".

She was a member of St. Peters Church in Westfield, the Junior Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Legion post #434 in Springfield, MA.

Family members include her daughter Beverlee A. Richter and her husband David of Lancaster, NH and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son William L. Bushey in 1992,1 brother and 2 sisters.

At Beverly's request there are no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be held at the convenience of the family.
