Beverly Mildred Wright

STRATFORD – Beverly M. Wright, 82, died at her home Tuesday, February 21, 2023, after a period of failing health.

Mrs. Wright was born in Guildhall, VT, on June 28, 1940, the daughter of Irving and Lilla (Masters) Boudle. She was the wife of Stanley E. Wright who predeceased her in 2018.

She was a devoted Christian and was an original member of the Lancaster Assembly of God where she also taught Sunday School. She also attended the Christ United Methodist Church in Lancaster where she and Stanley were married

Beverly loved to be with family, and she loved her cats, Buddy and Muffin, who were her devoted companions. She enjoyed cooking, knitting, and cookouts.

Surviving family members include her children Roger Boudle of Berlin, Cathy Roby of Groveton; grandchildren, Adam Roby, Andrew Roby, Nicole Crowel; great-grandchildren, Adalynn, Carson, Megan, Madison; and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by all her siblings, Leonard Boudle, Howard Boudle, Celia Barnett, Carlie Masters Boudle, Cleo Boudle, Henry Boudle, and Gladys Ingerson.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, February 24th, from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster. A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 25th, at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the spring in Summer Street Cemetery, Lancaster, on Friday, May 5th at 1:00 PM.
