Carol’s greatest pleasure in life was helping others in their time of need. It didn’t matter who it was that was in need of help, she was always there to offer her help. She always supported her family no matter what. Carol was selfless and always put the needs of others over her own. Raising her three kids, three grandkids and to her last day her great grandchild, Damean. She was kind to everyone she met and was one of the best employees that employers could hope for. She had retired twice from PJ Noyes and they still asked her back.
She fought a good fight and was never ill until her heart surgery in 2017, then she had cancer and it went downhill from there. But she never once complained and remained strong until the end, and was more concerned about how other people were doing.
She will be greatly missed by many and always in the hearts of us all!
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 14th at 11:00 AM at the Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster. Life-Cycle celebrant Deborah Szauter will officiate. Burial will be in the spring in Summer Street Cemetery, and will be held at the convenience of the family.
