DALTON- David W. Tupper, 71, died Wednesday afternoon, March 16, 2011, at his home.
Mr. Tupper was born in Glens Falls, New York on May 23, 1939 a son of Milton and Leona (Wall) Tupper.
Dave was raised in Bridgeport, CT and was a 1957 graduate of Basick High School. He was employed as a field engineer for Schlumberger in Ridgefield, CT. His worked required extensive worldwide travel and training in Japan. He retired in 1982 and moved from Bridgewater, CT to Dalton. He also served with the US Navy.
His hobbies included watch repair, restoring antiques and crossword puzzles.
Family members include his wife Sharon (Wall) Tupper of Dalton, a son David M. Tupper of Antrim, NH, two daughter Pamela Zelasky of Lisbon, CT and Karen Semmelrock of Franklin, CT, a brother Milton Tupper of Huntington, CT and a sister Maryellen Chenas of Bethlehem, CT and 8 grandchildren.
At David's request there are no services.
