TWIN MOUNTAIN - Dennis G. "Bugsy" Walter II, 38, died suddenly at his home Saturday August 1, 2015.
Dennis was born in Lancaster on December 31, 1976 the son of Dennis G. and Cathy A. (Pond) Walter. He was raised in Dalton and had a life-long passion for the logging business. He worked for various logging companies over the years until forced to stop due to health reasons. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing but his greatest love was spending time with his family.
Surviving family includes his wife Chrystie L. (Willey) Walter of Twin Mountain; two daughters Gabrielle Walter and Makayla Walter of Twin Mountain; his parents Dennis and Cathy of Dalton; a brother Chad Walter and a sister Shilo Walter both of Dalton.
A memorial service will be held Sunday afternoon, August 9, at 1:00 PM at the Dalton Congregational Church. Reverend Diane Raymond, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be at a later date at the convenience of the family in Cushman Cemetery.
