LANCASTER - Diane Kenney, age 55, peacefully left this world on Sunday, April 7th, 2024.
Born to Thomas (Bill) and Joan Kenney on July 29th, 1968, Diane’s journey was one of resilience. Being born with a rare genetic condition made each milestone that much more of an accomplishment. One of her most prideful moments when she earned her MBA from Plymouth State University, a reflection of her unwavering dedication to personal growth.
Diane was a kind-hearted person who loved helping others. She was a faithful member of her church community. She found true happiness in life’s simple pleasures. Whether lost in the pages of a book, traveling to visit family and friends, or dancing the night away at concerts, she embraced every moment. Her greatest joy, however, came from the warmth of family gatherings, like Sunday dinners at her parents’ home.
Diane leaves behind her sisters, Jennifer Fuller and Patti (David) Landon, nieces Alicia and Brenda, nephews Isaac and Rajko, and her beloved great-nieces. Though preceded in death by her loving parents, Thomas (Bill) and Joan Kenney, their enduring love and guidance will forever shape her spirit.
As we say goodbye to Diane, let us find solace in knowing that her spirit will forever reside in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her.
A graveside service will be held to celebrate the life of Diane on Saturday, June 22 at 12:00PM in the Northumberland Cemetery, Groveton. Rev. Derrick Fallon of North Concord, VT will officiate.
