PORTSMOUTH, NH - Donna McGoldrick, 54, of Jones Avenue, died Thursday morning May 15, 2008, at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation.
Donna was born in Springfield, Vermont, on August 15, 1953, the daughter of Robert W. and Jane (Colby) McGoldrick. She was a graduate of Springfield High School and Castleton State College. For several years she worked as a Vista Volunteer in Bath, NY and later resided for a time in Texas and Seattle, Washington. In 1984 she move to the seacoast area. Her favorite pastimes were gardening and yard sales.
Family members include her parents of Lunenburg, VT; a brother James M. McGoldrick of Tuftonboro, NH; and two very close friends, Laurie Troutman of Maine and Cyd Reider of Pennsylvania.
There are no visiting hours. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday May 31, at 1:00 PM in Riverside Cemetery, S. Lunenburg, VT. Reverend John Somers of St. Johnsbury, VT, will officiate.
