Douglas Elwin Holmes

COLEBROOK - Douglas Elwin Holmes, 53, of Main Street, tragically lost his life at home in an apartment structure fire on September 27, 2020.
Douglas was born in Lancaster on May 16, 1967 the son of Gerald Wendall and Mildred E. (Bean) Holmes. He was a 1986 graduate of White Mountain Regional High School.
Douglas loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He was also an avid collector of Matchbox cars.
He was survived by his siblings, Joan Drasney of Bellevue, Nebraska, Cheryl Molina of Chicopee, MA, John Holmes of Whitefield, Gerri Trafton of Bellevue, Nebraska, and many nieces and nephews. His parents Gerald & Mildred predeceased him.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Cushman Cemetery in Dalton.
