Jefferson, NH- Douglas A. Ingerson, 71, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Littleton Regional Hospital. He was born in Lancaster, NH on October 29, 1940 a son to the late Forest and Shirley (Chamberlain) Ingerson.
Doug was a lifelong resident of Jefferson who enjoyed working on the family farm, in the garage, and riding in the jeep with his dogs . With his family he owned and operated Ingerson Transportation, W.M.M.P and Evergreen Forest Products.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn (Andrews) Ingerson, a son Mitchell Ingerson his wife Kricket and their daughter Gracie, a daughter Suzanne her husband Kelly and their two children Cameron and Matthew.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday October 7 from 5-8 PM at Bailey Funeral Home in Lancaster. A graveside service will be held on Monday October 8 at 1 PM in Starr King Cemetery in Jefferson.
