Edward E. Rosebrook Sr.

LANCASTER, NH- Edward E. Rosebrook Sr., 82, died Tuesday evening October 12, 2010, at Country Village Genesis Elder Care.
Mr. Rosebrook was born in Lancaster on November 6, 1927, the son of Earl and Gladys (Silver) Rosebrook.
A lifetime resident of Lancaster he was a graduate of Lancaster Academy. He served with the US Air Force. He worked various jobs, working for Col. Town, the Town of Lancaster, AD Sanel and the Rialto Theater where he ran the movies.
Edward was an avid bowler and was a proud member of the Lancaster Bowling League, where he won several trophies. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing.
He was a member of the Whitefield American Legion.
Family members include two sons, Edward "Midge" Rosebrook Jr. and wife Glynda of Lancaster and Michael Rosebrook and his wife Pierrette of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, a daughter Patricia A. Cotter and her husband Robert of Lancaster, four grandchildren, Patrick Rosebrook, Jennifer Rosebrook, Andrea Cotter and Michael Cotter, one great grandchildren Dylan Lambers. Three siblings predeceased him.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday evening October 14, from 6-8 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 11:00 AM at All Saints Catholic Church, Lancaster. Father Raymond Ball, pastor will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow in Summer Street Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a donation maybe made in his memory to the Lancaster Humane Society, 62 Martin Meadow Pond Rd., Lancaster, NH 03584
