Elsie was born in Colebrook on April 27, 1931, the daughter of William and Rose (Taylor) Murphy.
Her favorite pastime was reading.
Surviving family members include her two sons, Bruce Dobson, John Dobson and daughter-in-law Kathy Dobson, and daughter Patty Morrissette and son-in-law Lane Morrissette and grandchildren.
Elsie requested that there be no calling hours or service.
