GROVETON - Gwendolyn Parker Hall, 79, of Graham Street, died at her home Thursday evening, April 5, 2018.
Mrs. Hall was born in Lancaster on March 4, 1939 the daughter of Goldwin and Vera (Deering) Parker. She was raised in Guildhall until moving to Groveton in 1957 where she resided for many years. In 2001 she moved back to Guildhall and later returning to Groveton in 2016. For 28 years she was employed at the mill in the Campbell Envelope Department.
Surviving family members include four daughters, Tammy Brown of Lancaster, Pammy Hodgdon and hsuband Kenny of Granby, Norma Hand and husband Donald of Groveton, Karen Huntoon of Northumberland; a sister Judith Parker Caron and husband Robert of Littleton and Florida; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other special people in her life. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert Hall in 2007; son-in-laws Richard Hand, Gary Brown, Dale Huntoon; and a grandson Chrisopher Helms.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 9th at 11:00 AM in the Northumberland Cemetery. Reverend Timothy Brooks, pastor of St. Paul's Church, Lancaster, will officiate.
