Harriet O'Leary

LANCASTER, NH – Harriet H. O’Leary, 92, of Portland Street, died Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster.

Mrs. O’Leary was born in Somerville, Massachusetts on May 18, 1931, the daughter of Alexander Green Sr. and Ethel (Menchington) Green. She was the wife of the late Edward M. O’Leary.

Before moving to Lancaster, she lived in Massachusetts, and for many years worked as a cosmetic manager at several establishments such as Bonwit Tellers and The Travelers building.

She was also predeceased by her parents, her sisters Eva May, Blanche, Janet, Viola, Myrtle; brothers Wallace, Alexander (Sandy), Leo (Howard), and Llewelyn (Lou).

She leaves her nieces and nephews, Donnalee, Susan, Keith, David, Janet, Gretchen, Heather, Michelle, Michael, and Gregory. She had an especially loved relationship with her great niece Audrey, her husband Robert, and their daughter Ellalandra who she adored as a grandchild. She also leaves her lovely town people. Everyone has been so good to her.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
