HANOVER, NH - Helen (Crawford) Vessichio, 85, of Hanover Terrace, formerly of Northford, North Haven and South Meriden, CT passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017, with her son and daughter in law by her side. She was born in Columbia, NH, on February 15, 1932.
The wife of the late Anthony Vessichio, Mother of Robert and Beth (Brown) Vessichio, of Cornish, New Hampshire, Grandmother of Breana Vessichio and John McNair of Wallingford, CT and Brenden Vessichio, Berlin, Connecticut, Step-Grandmother to Sara Ayimbila and Chris Arsenault of Belmont, NH, Josh Steinbeck of Boulder, CO and Jake Steinbeck of West Lebanon , NH. She also left behind many friends, nieces and nephews.
Helen was a LPN and formerly worked at the Yale New Haven Hospital.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday afternoon, August 13, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster, NH. A funeral service will be held Monday morning August 14, at 10:00 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church, Lancaster, NH. Reverend Richard Boyden, pastor, will officiate. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved mother Glide Pratt and Step father George in Summer Street Cemetery Lancaster, NH.
We would also like to ask in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, 10 Alice Peck Day Dr., Lebanon, NH 03766 or the Lake Sunapee Region VNA, 107 Newport Rd., New London, NH 03257.
