LANCASTER, NH- James M. "Scrub" Samson, 47, of Elm Street, died suddenly at his home on Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
Mr. Samson was born in Lancaster on July 10, 1960, a son of Edward Samson Sr. and the late Corrine (Gonyer) Samson.
Scrub was a lifetime resident of Lancaster. He was employed as a small engine mechanic at Crane's Sporting Goods and for Tree's n Turf. He enjoyed farming and was employed at the Forbes Farm for many years. He also loved spending time with his boys and being around friends.
His family members include two sons; James M. Samson Jr., Thomas S. Samson and their mother Maureen (Coughlin) Samson of Jefferson, three sisters and their spouses Deborah and Charles Huntington, Cindy and Ralph Bennett III, Tina Samson and John Parks, two brothers Edward and his wife Wynta Samson and Phillip Samson, previously deceased all of Lancaster.
At his request there are no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 24, at 10:00 AM, in Calvary Cemetery, Lancaster.
