LANCASTER - John Minichiello, passed away on Tuesday February 21st, 2012.John was an avid fisherman, and a talented gardener. His giant pumpkins brought joy to communities throughout New England. A long time business man of the upmost integrity and generosity, he was beloved by his community.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Minichiello and his two daughters LeeAnn and Lara. He had a large family including his sister Joan, his late sister Mary Ann, brothers Bob and Paul, his cousin Diane and many nieces and nephews, and his best friend Hack. He will be remembered as a thoughtful and wise man with a great sense of humor, zest for knowledge and a very large giving heart. He will be dearly missed by those close to him and all who had the honor of knowing him.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday, February 26, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster. At approximately 2:00 PM, during visiting hours, a brief service with a time of sharing will be held.
