JEFFERSON, NH- John A. Raymond, 45, of Bailey Road, died unexpectedly Saturday afternoon October 24, 2009, at Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster.
Mr. Raymond was born in Concord, NH on September 8, 1964 the son of John Viator and Sharelle (Farrah) Allin.
John was raised in Stratford and has been a resident of the Lancaster and Jefferson area for the past 27 years. He owned and operated JAR Auto in Jefferson. He was well known for his kindness and the willingness to always lend a hand.
He loved hunting and fishing and had a very special place in his heart for Danny, Michael and his nephew JR. He especially treasured his time spent with his girls and grandchildren.
Family members include his mother Sharelle, his wife of 23 years Linda (King) Raymond of Jefferson, his daughters, Ashlee Raymond of Lancaster, Shayna Raymond of Lancaster and Mandy Pillsbury of Newport, NH; 3 grandchildren, Kiyah Whitman, Kaydren Savage and Kandrah Savage, six sisters, Cheryl Hawkins of Groveton, Nona Murphy of Unity, NH, Melanie Wentworth of Gorham, Tammy Newlan of Virginia, Donna Gray of Colebrook and Jennifer Morgan of Gorham, two brothers Johnny Gray of Littleton and Barry Hall of Groveton, several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog "Ompi". His father and step- father Rainey Allin predeceased him.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday morning October 28, at 11:00 AM at the Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster.
