Joseph M. Dziegelewski

LANCASTER - Joseph M. Dziegelewski, 77, of Woodcrest Lane, died Sunday morning, June 19th, 2022, at the Jack Byrne Center, Lebanon, NH.

Joseph was born in Utica, NY, the son of Joseph and Anne (Laskowski) Dziegelewski. He was raised in Utica where he attended Catholic school, then graduating from Clinton High School, Clinton, NY. He met his future wife, Lorraine Tremblay, in Utica in the spring of 1969, and later married in November of the same year.

Most of his life he lived and worked in the Mohawk and Hudson Valleys of New York. For many years he was employed as a Train Master and Safety Superintendent at Consolidated Rail, and later as a safety inspector for the Federal Railroad Association. In 1995 he moved to Lancaster and worked for several local companies including Hitchiner Mfg. and Berlin City Auto.

Joseph loved specialty cars, and the homes where he and his family lived. He greatly enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating. He was a talented musician and a real people person who loved entertaining friends and family. He was also a devoted patriot believing in America first and supporter of US Veterans. For all who knew him, he lived life to his best abilities, always cared more for others than himself. He also loved Hockey and was a life-time Ranger fan. His last wishes were that everyone be happy, and take care of family, friends and loved ones.

Surviving family members include his wife Lorraine of Lancaster; four sons, Joseph and daughter Ciera, Andre, Casimir, Michael and wife Joyce, twin children Chase and Easton.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
