LAKELAND, FL - Judith A. Haynes, 75, former longtime resident of Colebrook, NH, passed away December 7, 2019 at the Lakeland Regional Hospital after a long illness.
Judy was born in Boston, MA and raised in Manchester, NH, before moving to Colebrook. There she raised her family and was a long-time employee at the Balsams Grand Resort in Dixville, NH. She eventually retired to Lakeland with her late husband, Wayne O. Haynes, and was his longtime caregiver before his death in 2017. They resided for several years on Schooner Ave. in Lakeland.
Locally Judy also worked at Manchester manufacturing as well as the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital. She had a great love for walking outside as well as the all colors and lights of the holiday season.
Surviving family members include her children Kelly Connelly of Raleigh NC, Robert Weir and his wife Lisa Weir of Center Barnstead, NH, Shane Weir of Raymore, Missouri; grandchildren, Haley Connelly and Noah Connelly; Betty Jane Weir and Samantha Weir; Colton Weir and Caleb Weir.
A memorial mass will be held Saturday, July 11 at 11:00 AM at St. Pius Church X in Errol. Burial will follow in Errol Village Cemetery.
