LUNENBURG - Kenneth S. McCullock, 66, of South Lunenburg Road, died at his home with his family by his side on Monday evening October 10, 2011, after losing his long battle with cancer.
Mr. McCullock was born in Whitefield, NH, on May 1, 1945, the son of Carlyle and Louva (Miller) McCullock.
Kenneth was raised in Dalton and was a graduate of Whitefield High School. In 1969 he moved to Lunenburg and was employed at the Gilman Mill for 38 years. He loved to hunt and fish with his children and grandchildren and he had keen interest in wildlife, particularly bird watching.
Family members include his wife Agnes M. (Boudle) McCullock of Lunenburg; two sons, Trevor Szymanowski and his wife Kerri of North Concord, VT, Trent Szymanowski of Plainwell, Michigan; three grandchildren, Kaleigh Szymanowski, Holden Szymanowski, Trey Szymanowski; a brother, Frank McCullock and his wife Mary of Lancaster; and two nephews, Mark McCullock of N. Stratford and Rick McCullock of Bethlehem. He was predeceased by a son Kirk McCullock and an aunt Gladys Miller.
A memorial service will be held Saturday morning October 15, at 10:00, at Bailey Funeral Home, Lancaster. Burial will be at a later date in Cushman Cemetery, Dalton.
