Lloyd Lewis

LUNENBURG - Lloyd Lewis, 77, died Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Lloyd was born in Lancaster on June 30, 1931, the son of Glenn P. and Eva (Boudreau) Lewis. Family members include his children, Deborah Thomas and her husband Edson of Lunenburg, Joan Lyon and her husband Roy of East Concord, VT, Crystal Lewis of Lunenburg, Terry Mark Lewis of Bethlehem, Karen Lewis of Lunenburg; one brother Paul E. Lewis of East Boston, MA; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and Mary Jane Billings of Murrells Inlet, SC. He was predeceased by a daughter, Cheryl Ann Lewis; a great-grandson Brayden Tolf; and the mother of his children Beatrice Lewis. There are no visiting hours. A graveside service with military honors will be held Friday, June 5, at 5:00 PM at Riverside Cemetery in South Lunenburg. In honor of his beloved chihuahua, Rosie, donations in lieu of flowers may be made in his memory to Riverside Rescue, 236 Riverside Avenue, Lunenburg, VT 05906.
