WHITEFIELD – Louis Robert Sottile Jr., 42, of Faraway Road, Dalton, died of a sudden illness, Saturday afternoon, May 27, 2023.
Louis was born in Nashua, NH, on April 22, 1981, the son of Louis R. Sottile Sr. and Susan Dube. He was raised in Nashua and Haverhill, NH, and he has raised his children in Whitefield, NH.
He was a self-employed ATV mechanic who, in his spare time, enjoyed playing 3-card and Texas Hold’em poker. He also enjoyed driving his El Camino and helping his son build a race car. His life was his children and his family. He stayed and worked at home so he would always be there for his children and tend to the needs of his household.
Surviving family members include his wife of 22 years, Stephanie M. (Carriere) Sottile of Dalton; his children, Mya Dube, Jarvis Sottile, Adrianna Dube, Ashton Sottile, and Hector Dube, all of Dalton; his father Louis Sr. of Dalton; his mother Susan of Mexico; a brother Chad Dube and a sister Katie Dube. He was predeceased by his son Louis R. Sottile III in 2022.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
