Louise Placey, 77, passed away suddenly on Saturday May 3, 2104 at Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster, with her family and caregivers by her side.
She was born in Lancaster, September 11, 1936, to George and Elizabeth (Kidman) Placey and brought up on the Brook Road where her father ran a sawmill for years. For the last 17 years she made her home with her caregivers, Peg and Andre Desautels of Lancaster, where she was loved as a family member.
She was predeceased by her parents and half-brother, Neil LaFlamme.
She is survived by a brother, James and his wife Jeanette of Lancaster, nieces and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at the Summer Street Cemetery in Lancaster on May 7, at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the
Lancaster Fire Department Assn., 25 Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584.
