Marion Lyon Fontaine

EAST CONCORD, VT - Marion Lyon Fontaine, 88, of Oregon Road, died Sunday afternoon September 16, 2012 at Country Village Health Care Center, Lancaster.
Mrs. Fontaine was born on Lancaster on September 18, 1923, the daughter of Lyman F. and Katherine (Bartholomew) Stillings.
For a time she resided in Lancaster and Littleton until she settled in East Concord in 1950. Through the years she has been employed at the Gilman Mill, Conners and Hoffman, and the St. Johnsbury Nursing Home. Her favorite pastime was reading.
Family members include her son Roy Lyon Jr. and his wife Joan of East Concord; four grandchildren, Crystal, Jason, Joseph, Heidi; four great-grandchildren, Danny, Dena, Marley, Georgia; and a sister Maude Timson of St. Johnsbury. She was predeceased by her first and second husbands Roy Lyon Sr., Mose William Fontaine and a sister Beverly Boulet.
At Marion's request there are no visiting hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Littleton.
