Randy Allan Hand

GROVETON – Randy Allan Hand, 35, passed away unexpectedly on January 28, 2023 at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster.

Randy was born December 8, 1987 at Weeks Hospital to his parents Donald and Norma
Hall Hand, and lived his whole life in Groveton.

As a teenager Randy worked at Burts General Repair and State Line Auto, learning the
magic of mechanics. He graduated from Groveton High School in 2006. After graduation he went on to work with his dad at Weber and Sons Transport. Lord knows they didn't always see eye to eye. Recently he ventured out and started his own business, Hands Excavation where he has taught his son Konner to become a “ Great little equipment operator ”.

Randy's favorite pastime was annoying his buddies, we all know they have plenty of
stories to share. His family and friends were always very important to him and if he was not working that's where you could find him.

Randy is survived by his son Konner Hand and Konner’s little brother Jackson Riff, as
well as his parents Donald W. Hand and Norma J. Hall Hand and his brother Daniel Hand. He was predeceased by one brother, Christopher W. Helms and several other beloved family members.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, June 11th at MOMS North Country, 149 State Street, Groveton, starting with a brief service at 12:30PM officiated by Reverend Timothy Brooks.
