GROVETON- Rene Leo Guyette 53 Summer Street, formerly of Newport VT passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his loving wife Nicole on November 6, 2017.
Rene was born in Blackfoot Idaho on Feb 26,1964 to Leo and Joyce (Webster) Guyette. Rene grew up in Newport and worked at Fedeles Grocery Store, McDonalds and at Ethan Allen in Orleans. He then moved to Littleton NH and began working for a repossession company. After a few years he became self employed and became the best repo man in NH and VT.
Rene had the love for outdoor recreational toys. He loved snowmobiling, four wheeling and his favorite was riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He went for his last ride two weeks ago with Nicole. He was happy that day.
His other great love of his life was for his daughter Sarah, his stepchildren Shyanne and Koleton and wife Nicole. He loved them all so much. He was so proud of Sarah when she graduated from Keene State this spring he could not been more proud. Shyanne and Koleton gave him joy everyday and he loved them like his own. Nicole was his gift from god and he would tell everyone he knew. She was his true soul mate. They were married on July 22, 2017 in a beautiful outdoor ceremony that joined the two families together forever.
Rene is survived by his wife Nicole (Wright) of Groveton NH, his children Sarah Ann Guyette and her boyfriend Tucker Snedeker of Northwood NH and Shyanne and Koleton. His brothers and sisters; Joann and Mark Guyette of Newport VT, Larry Davis of N. Troy VT. Fay and Gary Willis of Troy, VT, Rita Johnson of NH, Brent Hodgdon of Hardwick VT, Keith and Ellen Guyette of Sebring FL, Ann and Rusty Jones of Derby VT, Lorine and Bob Hines of Dumfries VA and Danny and Stephanie Guyette of Dumfries VA. Sister-in-law Bonnie Wright and Mike Nguyen of Bangor ME. Mother-in-law Lori Langlois of Lancaster NH. Father-in-law David Wright and family from Lisbon NH, many nieces, nephews and cousins, also by very special friends that were his NH family the Charbonneau Family the Hand Family and Dan Milligan and also old friends Steve and Lucy Lucas. He was predeceased by his father on April 3, 2017 and his mother on Jan 31, 2015 and his sister-in-law Barbara Davis.
Rene will be missed by all his friends and family. Ride gentle on your bike through the gates of heaven.
