GUILDHALL - Richard W. Rosser, 71, died at this home Tuesday morning January 24, 2017, after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Rosser was born in Llanelli Wales, United Kingdom, the son of Wyndham and Gladys (Nicholas) Rosser.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen (Bryan) Rosser of Guildhall and a niece Sally Lonergan of Long Island.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
