Rita C. Garron

LANCASTER - Rita C. Garron, 88, of Water Street, went home to be with her Lord & Savior on Saturday morning April 25, 2015 at Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster.
Mrs. Garron was born in Nashua, NH on November 17, 1926 the daughter of William H. and Cecil Rose (Cote) Beausoleil.
Rita attended Nashua schools and lived in Nashua until 1983 when she moved to Colebrook with her husband George W. Garron Sr. In their later years they moved to Lancaster. She was a member of the Twin Mountain Baptist Church and the Coos Bible Fellowship. Rita enjoyed doing needle work and cooking and loved spending time with her family.
Surviving family members include her husband of George of Lancaster; two sons, Ronald C. Dupont and companion Doris Smith, William Dupont and companion Rita McKenzie of Columbia; 2 grandchildren Matthew and Kimberly Dupont, 2 great-grandchildren Courtney and Tabitha Dupont; two stepchildren Paula Norman and husband Allan of Georgetown, DE and George W. Garron Jr. and his wife Lucy of Delaware; one brother, Bryan Beausoliel and wife Dawna of Goshen, CT; three sisters, Estelle Tibbetts of Lee, MA, Florence Pepin of Merrimack, NH, Lorraine Davis and husband Lewis of Penobscot, Me; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her former husband Albert A. Dupont; one son Clifford A. Dupont; two brothers Henry Beausoleil and Raymond Beausoleil; and two sisters Gloria Simard and Dori Slosek.
At Rita's request there will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held Saturday morning May 2 at 11:00 AM at the Twin Mountain Baptist Church. Pastor Fred Laughman will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Summer Street Cemetery, Lancaster.
