Roxanne Ball

Roxanne Ball passed away peacefully at her home on May 15, 2025. She was born on November 14, 1962 to Baline and Mary Hartlen.

Roxanne is survived by her devoted husband, Charles Ball Sr., and his children, Charles Ball Jr. (Jessica), Jennifer Ingerson(Fred) and Steven Keinson (Allison). She was also a caring step-grandmother.

She is also survived by her beloved son, Steven Wheeler, his wife Callie, and her greatest joys-her grandchildren: Lucas, Bradley, and Adeline.

Roxanne was one of nine siblings, with seven sisters and one brother. She worked faithfully as an administrative assistant in a school district for 30 years. In the fall of 2024, Roxanne and her husband moved to Southwest Virginia to be closer to family.

She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures-spending time with her grandchildren, watching them play sports, making homemade donuts, and enjoying farm life with her dogs and Husband. Roxanne will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Calling Hours will be held on Friday, July 25th, from 5-8pm. A Graveside Service will take place on July 26th, at 11am at Number 10 Cemetery, Martin Meadow Pond Rd, followed by a reception at 202 Summer Street in Lancaster.
