Sandra L. Gonyer

LANCASTER - Sandra L. (Hutchinson) Gonyer, 68, passed away peacefully on the morning of July 9, 2015, at Weeks Medical Center, surrounded by her family. She was born in Lancaster on December 7, 1946 to Warren and Blanche (Carter) Hutchinson.
She grew up and lived her life in the Lancaster-Groveton area and graduated in 1965 from Groveton High School. She worked as a receptionist for Father Sands for several years and then worked as an LNA at Country Village Genesis in Lancaster. In later years she was a homemaker. She was a very generous, kind and loving person who would help anyone in need. She was a loving wife and mother but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
Sandra leaves behind her husband of 38 years, Thomas Gonyer of Groveton and two children; a daughter, Angela Blanchette, her husband Robbie and their two children, Ivory Rose and Josef Patrick, all of Lancaster; a son Patrick Whittum and his two rottweilers (grand-dogs) Sam and Damien of Groveton; a brother Donald Hutchinson of Groveton; a sister, Trudy LeClere of Exeter; and many nieces , nephews and cousins. She also leaves behind her dearest friend, Susan Wright of Groveton.
A Sandra was predeceased by her parents, a brother, Richard Hutchinson and two sisters, Anne Goulet and Ruth Mills.
At Sandra's request there will be no services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. To defray burial costs you may send donations to Bailey Funeral Home, 210 Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584.
