Sherry K. Pinard

LITTLETON- Sherry K. Pinard, 79, of Pleasant Street, died at her residence, late Tuesday, July 24th, surrounded by her loving family.
Born March 2, 1939 in Island Pond, VT she was the daughter of James and Kathleen (Foster) King. She attended local schools there and on October 10, 1961 she married Royce "Pete" Pinard, in Bennington, VT. The couple lived for a time in St. Johnsbury, later moving to Lancaster, NH, where they made their home until Royce's death in 2003.
Sherry worked several jobs throughout her life, mostly as a clerk for Public Service of New Hampshire. In earlier years she served as a high school basketball official. More recently she was a member of the Pine Hill singers and the Lancaster Congregation United Church of Christ, where she served as a Deacon, the junior choir director and a choir member.
Reading and knitting were her favorite past times, but time spent with friends and family were precious to her.
Survivors include her four children, Kimberlee Spaulding and her husband Michael of Littleton and Kasey Grisham and her husband, John of Littleton, Kregg Pinard and his wife, Kristianne of Bethlehem and Kory Pinard and his wife, Kristin of Kingwood, TX, along with nine grand children Benjamin, Jason, Adam Meghan and Tyler Spaulding, Chandler and Hailee Grisham, Cody and Syndey Pinard., and eight great grandchildren. Also surviving are her brother Brian King and sister Gayle Currier.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by five brothers, Dean, Reid, James and Dale and Robert in infancy, along with two sisters Gloria Canaryo and Lois Webster.
A graveside service with be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday July 31, 2018 at the Lakeside Cemetery in Island Pond, followed by a reception at the American Legion.
