LANCASTER, NH - Terrill-Ann Sargent Theroux, 63, of Bunker Hill Street, died Monday December 23, 2013 at the Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH.
Mrs. Theroux was born October 18, 1950 in Willimantic, CT the daughter of Elmer G. and Claire (Tremblay) Sargent.
She attended Northwest Catholic High School, West Hartford, CT, graduating in 1968.
In 1970 she graduated from the Art Student League in New York, NY.
In 1986 she graduated from Mitchell College in New London, CT with an associate's degree in psychology and in 1988 graduated from Connecticut College in New London with a Bachelor's degree in psychology Magna Cum Laude.
Terri was a former recreation director at Mary Kenny Nursing Home in Waterford, CT and she owned and operated Dream Design, LLC, an arts and crafts home business.
She was also a licensed instructor for Japanese bunka embroidery for Waterford Parks and Recreation and was a member of the marriage encounter team for 3 years in Waterford, CT.
Her greatest joy was staying at home and caring for her family, among them her husband Paul and her two children Christopher and Rebecca.
She maintained her love of writing, arts, crafts, quilting, and other related pursuits throughout her entire life.
She moved with her family to Lancaster, NH in November 2002 where she would stay for the remainder of her life.
She is survived by her husband Paul, and two children, Christopher and his wife Kelly of Montpelier and Rebecca of Lancaster.
She was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Claire Sargent, and five children, Chad, Heather, David, Paul and Hope.
Contributions may be made in her name to the charity of the donor's choice in lieu of flowers.
There are no visiting hours.
A memorial mass will be celebrated Friday, December 27, at 12:00 PM at All Saints Church, Lancaster, NH.
Reverend Matthew Mason, pastor, will officiate.
On Saturday, January 4, a memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. Paul in Chains in Waterford, CT.
