LANCASTER - Thomas R. Becker, 63, died suddenly at his Main Street Home on May 4th, 2020 after a period of failing health.
Born in Berlin on January 7, 1957 he was the son of Robert Charles Becker and Patricia (Lorry) Arnesen. He was raised in Gorham and was a graduate of Gorham High School. After high school he served four years with the US Air Force and then for a time resided in Florida.
Tom eventually returned to the North Country where he managed the Lancaster Bowling Alley and later worked for Butson's Supermarket. Before retiring he was a maintenance man for 15-20 years at McDonald's restaurant in Lancaster. In his spare time he enjoyed personal computers.
Surviving family members include his mother Patricia Arnesen of Jefferson; his siblings Joe Becker of Berlin, Brad Arnesen of Jefferson, Barbara Smith of Maine; nieces and nephews, Brad and Katelyn Arnesen, Brodie Arnesen, Brandon Arnesen, Rachel Badjie and a grand niece Colbie Arnesen. Tom was predeceased by his father and a sister Maisey Becker.
