GROVETON - Wayne Goulet, 69 of Lost Nation Road Groveton passed away suddenly at his home on March 22, 2017 with many members of his immediate family by his side.
Wayne was born in Lancaster NH, on October 12, 1947. He was the son of the late Aime and Georgette (Gagnon) Goulet. He was a lifelong resident of Groveton.
Wayne married his high school sweetheart, June (Gilcris) Goulet on September 3, 1966. They shared 50 years together and raised 7 children and many foster children throughout their years together.
Wayne worked for over 24 years at Campbell Envelope Company until it closed, his current employment as the lead maintenance man was at Ocean State Job Lots in Northumberland.
Spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren was the most important thing to him. Together they enjoyed camping and sitting by the camp fire. Wayne was an avid outdoorsman and liked projects such as splitting wood for the woodstove.
His family includes his wife June, their 7 children; Tammy (Mac) Mc Lain, DeWayne Goulet, Dawn (Randy) Pelletier, Darcie (Frank) Concemi, Angela Goulet, Andrew (Jen) Goulet, Samantha (Marcus Colby) Goulet, and daughter by heart, Tricia (Bob) McCormick, his grandchildren; Lauralyn (Ace) Cross, Robert Mc Lain, Toby (Amanda) Kenison, Sabrina, Jessica and Randee Dawn Pelletier, Nataniel and Zachary Goulet, Kaitlyn, Kaileigh, and Adrianna Goulet, Andrew, Alyssa, Andre, and Aiden Goulet, Conner and Daniel Putvain (Kenison), his great grandchildren; Hailleigh, Grayson, and Kalum Pelletier, siblings; Jane Cunningham, Doreen Hart, Tim, Mark, Mitchell and Rick Goulet, brother and sister in-laws; Dorothy Powell, Ronal, Denis and Tracy Gilcris, several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He is predeceased by his parents, his mother in law (Mim), father in law (Charles) and brother in law (Roger).
A graveside service will be held Saturday May 20th at 1:00 PM in the Emerson Cemetery, Stark.
In lieu of flowers donations in Wayne's memory may be made to the Groveton Ambulance Corp.
